Having originally established a residential property portfolio over ten years ago, Lancashire born entrepreneurs, Andrew Chaytow and Mark Clynes moved into commercial property in 2000, setting up Hamilton Heath Estates.

Since its first acquisition of a terraced house in Bury, Lancashire, the company has now grown to become one of Lancashire's leading property investment and development companies.

The company owns a specialist property portfolio featuring a range of office, industrial and retail sites predominantly across the North of England with over 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation property.
